This Data Privacy Statement explains how Axcura collects, processes, uses, and protects personal data in connection with its business activities, website, and contractual relationships.

Contractual Applicability
This Data Privacy Statement forms an integral part of Axcura AG’s contractual framework, including but not limited to:

  • the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP) for suppliers and service providers, and

  • the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery (GTCS) for customers.

By entering into a contractual relationship with Axcura, the counterparty acknowledges and accepts the applicability of this Data Privacy Statement.

This includes data processing necessary for supplier qualification, onboarding, audits, quality assurance, compliance assessments, and contractual enforcement under GTCP and GTCS.

For suppliers and customers, data processing is primarily based on contractual necessity and legal or regulatory obligations. Consent is obtained only where legally required.

Axcura may disclose personal data to:

  • Employees and authorized representatives of Axcura

  • Contracted service providers (e.g. IT, logistics, finance, legal, auditors)

  • Business partners, customers, or suppliers were required for contract performance

All recipients are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.


Personal data of suppliers, customers, and their representatives may be shared with third parties involved in the performance of contracts (e.g. logistics partners, laboratories, auditors, IT providers), strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to confidentiality obligations.
